We are committed to giving the highest quality medical care available. Our physicians firmly believe in each child receiving immunizations as recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Center for Disease Control. Our physicians will discuss the importance of vaccines and share information that supports the importance of vaccines for disease prevention. While we respect each individual belief in appropriate care for his or her child, we feel we cannot properly care for children without the recommended immunizations. In addition, unvaccinated children can be contagious and pose a serious health threat to immunocompromised children and babies who are too young to be fully protected. Should a parent choose not to vacinate, we will decline further care and request that you seek care from another practice.
To help provide timely service to our patients, we prefer to schedule all visits. If you are late for your appointment, we will try to work you back into the schedule. However, out of courtesy to our other patients, we may ask you to reschedule your appointment.
No Show Policy
We make every effort to provide prompt medical care to all of our patients. If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please notify us in advance. A No Show is when a patient fails to keep a scheduled appointment. If an established patient has three No Shows, the family will be discharged from the practice and will have to seek medical care for the entire family elsewhere. If a new patient misses an initial appointment, he or she will not be rescheduled.
Please contact our office manager to discuss any special circumstances.
